Monthly Maintenance
Plan Tiers

Because companies have varying maintenance complexities and needs, as well as budgets, we offer three options for monthly maintenance. Each tier is more comprehensive than the one under it. Though these cover the majority of efforts most businesses will require, we can create a customized plan for your company, if necessary.

Maintenance Tier One

Includes a negotiated number of hours, backup strategy, security overview, a monthly report card with activities and suggestions, and a negotiated number of hours per month of remote support and onsite visits.

Maintenance Tier Two

All the features of Tier 1, plus extended monthly and onsite visits, one emergency visit per month, monthly backup testing, and procurement services.

Maintenance Tier Three

All the features of Tiers 1 and 2, plus an additional emergency visit per month, IDS testing, a monthly security audit, budget consultation, life cycle management, and CIO/CTO outsourcing planning.
