Why Be Proactive With Managed Services?

Maintaining your IT functions is a lot like maintaining your car. It's always easier to be proactive and spot potential trouble early than to be reactive and suffer through downtime.

We're certainly glad to work with clients who only call us when they need us, or who send up a distress signal when something breaks. But many of our clients enjoy the security of knowing that we're performing regular maintenance and inspections. That way, little problems can be headed off before they become big problems, if not avoided altogether.

Different clients have different needs.
So we have different plans.

The number of computers and the complexity of the environment are different with each company. So our maintenance plans are tiered, according to the amount of work we perform and time we spend. Pricing is, of course, different for each tier.

However, having an agreement for one level of maintenance doesn't mean we hold you to that. Every six months, we reassess your needs, the hours we've spent, and what we see ahead. If, for example, you're using us less than your agreement calls for, we will make an adjustment and place you in a less expensive tier.
